Banana ice lollies

BBQ season is upon us so here is an easy, healthy and very tasty banana ice lollies dipped in dark chocolate and nuts.

For 6 lollies you need:

  • 3 bananas
  • lolly sticks
  • 50g of 70% dark chocolate
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 20g nuts (I used mix of walnuts, cashew and pistachios)

Melt the chocolate over hot water and stir in coconut oil, it will give a nice coconuty taste. Bake the nuts on the dry frying pan and then chop on the small pieces. Cut the bananas in half, put in the stick, dip in the melted chocolate and then in chopped nuts and let to dry. Put in the freezer for a few hours. Take out of freezer a at least 10 minutes before serving. Soft frozen banana is awesome. 

Try it, it is really yummy in my tummy.
