How to make Rose Hip Tea?
You can make rose hip tea with fresh or dried rose hips.
1) Wash 12-15 fresh rosehips and boil in 2 cups of water for about 5 minutes. Turn the heat off and use the back of a spoon to smash the rosehips and let them sit in the hot water for another 20 minutes. Pour the tea through a sieve to remove the seeds etc and enjoy!
2) Use 2 teaspoons of dried rose hips for every cup of water. Boil the water and add the rose hips and let it sit for 15 minutes. Pour the tea through a sieve and you are done!
