175g dark chocolate (with more than 70% cocoa content)
6 eggs
60-100g honey (to your taste, if you like it sweet ad 100g)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
300g greek yogurt
fruit of your choice
Method:
Chop chocolate finely.
Separate yolks and egg whites.
Prehaet the oven to 180'C.
Prepare yourself a baking dish with baking paper.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water.
Place the egg whites in a large bowl and whisk until stiff but not dry. If you turn the bowl upside down, the whites should be stiff enough not to fall out.
Put the egg yolks in a separate bowl with the sugar and whisk using the same whisk (no need to wash it) on high speed for 2-3 minutes or until thick and creamy. Pour in the cooled chocolate and gently fold together until well combined.
Add whisk egg whites and gently mix together.
Add cocoa powder and mix gently together.
Pour the mix into the baking dish and make form it.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until done, make sure you don't bake it for too long as it gets too dry.
Spread greek yogurt on top and on top of that put fruit of your choice (I used before cherries, blueberries, strawberries or other berries).
