Here is a recipe for one of my favourite desserts, creme brulee! The recipe is for 2 people so you can share it with a special someone on Valentine's Day (or have both of them yourself!)
Ingredients (2 Creme Brulee)
2 Eggs
200ml Milk
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Method
Preheat you oven to 180 degrees celsius
Whisk the eggs, honey, and vanilla together in a saucepan
Heat the saucepan over a low heat and slowly add the milk whilst constantly stirring
Once the milk is fully mixed in, remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the mixture into 2 ramekins or small dishes
Fill a baking pan with water and place the dishes with the egg mixture into the baking pan
Place the pan into the oven for about 30-35 minutes until the mixture has set. Allow it to cool and then place it into the fridge until you are ready to eat it
Add fruit to your taste as a decoration and enjoy.
