Homemade Fruit Ice Lollies

Simple, full of nutrition and a great snack for hot summer days, plus kids love them! The beauty of homemade ice lollies is that you can choose or mix the fruit of your taste. Today I made strawberry ice lollies, but I already tried to make blueberry, banana, watermelon, honeydew melon, orange and lemon lollies as well.

You need (for 4 servings):

  • 250g strawberries
  • 100ml natural yoghurt (I used Greek style)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Method:

  • put strawberries, yogurt and honey into a blender or food processor and mix it together 
  • pour mix into lolly moulds (or you can use empty yoghurt pots or small plastic pots) and put wooden sticks into each one
  • place them into the freezer and leave it in there for at least 4 hours 
  • enjoy
