Ingredients (8 Wraps)
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup warm water
Method
1. Mix together the flour, oil and salt
2. Slowly add the warm water to the flour mixture, a little bit at a time, until the dough is formed
3. Knead the dough for 2 minutes and then let it sit in a warm place for 20 minutes. The dough will be sticky so use a little extra flour if you need
4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Form these pieces into a ball and then roll them out until they are flat, thin and in a tortilla shape
5. Place the tortillas on a plate and use a piece of kitchen towel to separate each one (so they do not stick together) until you are ready to cook them
6. Heat up a non stick pan and once hot place a tortilla in their. Cook the tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side (you will see some black spots on each side). Cook the tortillas one at a time unless you have a very large pan
7. Cover the tortillas with a towel to keep them warm or serve them straight away
