I was fed up with eating plain grilled chicken, cottage cheese and spinach leaves so I mixed it all together, baked it and created a great recipe
Ingredients
• 4 skinless chicken breasts• cottage cheese (to your taste, i used 1 pot of cottage cheese)• spinach or you can also use frozen spinach (defrosted and drained; again to your taste, I used 200g)• 1 egg• 3 tsp of olive oil• 3 cloves of garlic• seasoning (salt, pepper paprika and oregano)Procedures
• mix cottage cheese, spinach, egg white and seasoning (salt and pepper) together • butterfly cut chicken breast, put mixed toppings inside and close the chicken breast• mix olive oil and garlic and spread on top• as I didn't want to waste the yolk I spread it on top of chicken breasts to add golden colour• sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika and oregano to taste• put into a preheated oven 180'C and bake for about 45 minutes (that depends on the size of the chicken breasts)I served it with brown rice and side salad.
