You requested for me to post some ideas of my meals, so here is my dinner from a few days ago - Parmesan grilled chicken
Ingredients
• 80-100g chicken breast
• 10 asparagus
• medium size sweet potato
• 1,5 Tbsp greek yogurt with low sugar content
• 1,5 Tbsp shaved parmesan
• salt, pepper and oregáno
preheat oven 215'C
place chicken breast on baking sheet
sprinkle salt, pepper and oregano on top of chicken breast
lather yogurt on top of chicken
sprinkle chicken with shaved parmesan cheese, sticking pieces to yogurt
cook 20-22 mins until completely cooked through
Served it with baked sweet potato - cooked until soft for about 20-30 mins depending on size of potato and also grilled asparagus or can be done on a frying pan with 1-1,5 tsp of olive or coconut oil and seasoning - cooked until soft
