Ingredients (1 portion):
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 tsp fresh grind ginger
Method:
- Take the skin off the avocado and pineapple and cut into pieces.
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor or a smoothie maker and mix until smooth.
