This is a great, healthy snack that I like to make. It is easy to make, and needs very few ingredients. You can also use any spices you like, so experiment and see what you can create!
Ingredients
- 150g Dried Chickpeas
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Paprika
Method
- Place the chickpeas in a bowl and cover with water. Leave the chickpeas to soak overnight (they will get bigger, so make sure the bowl is big enough)
- Rinse the chickpeas and then dry them (either leave them to dry or pat them dry with paper towels)
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius and prepare a baking tray
- Cover the chickpeas with the oil and the spices. Mix them well and make sure they are all covered
- Place the chickpeas on the baking tray and spread them out. Place in the oven for 30-40 minutes until they are crispy on the outside
