And that's why I have an easy, quick recipe for tasty healthy bread
you need:
500g wholegrain rye flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
500ml warm water
I also add:
100g oats
5 tsps seeds (the amount and type to your taste)
how to do it:
- put all the ingredients together and mix with a wooden spoon until its in one piece and sticky
- put a baking paper on the baking dish and place the dough on top
- let it settle for about 20-30 mins at warm room temperature
- then bake until crispy (the length of baking and temperature depending on your oven), I baked it on 180'C for about 30-40 minutes
- let it cool down for a couple of hours
- enjoy
