Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
Heat up non stick pan and use a little bit of oil with a brush or paper towel, pour a little bit of spinach mix onto a pan and cook it until it starts separating itself from the pan, then turn over and cook until done (the same method as with pancakes).
For the spread mix cottage cheese, parmesan, goat cheese and crushed garlic and season it with salt and pepper.
Spread a bit of cheese spread on a wrap, put a bit of smoked salmon on top and squeeze a little bit of lemon over the salmon, wrap it up and you can enjoy.
