Bad skin can affect all of us  Did you know that a poor diet could be one of the reasons for skin problems? A major cause can be if we eat lots of refined carbohydrates, sugars and saturated fats. Eating a healthier diet may be a lot more effective than trying lots of expensive face creams. With a healthy diet, your skin can glow. I know this, because that is one of the issues I experienced in the past 
To help you I have listed four foods that have great skin benefits. Why not try swapping processed foods for some of foods listed below?

Tuna & Salmon 

These fish are high in Omega 3 fatty acids which help keep our skin smooth and moisturised.

Carrots & Sweet Potato 

Beta carotene is an antioxidant that helps prevent ageing and keeps our skin looking fresh. Carrots & Sweet Potato contain more beta carotene than any other food!

Berries 

Blueberries are the best but all berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries etc) are full of antioxidants that help keep our skin looking fresh

Tomatoes 

Tomatoes are high in Vitamin C which is needed in collagen production (an essential part of skin). As well as helping your skin the Vitamin C can give your immune system a boost.

Remember having a healthy diet can help you in so many ways. The key to healthy skin can be as simple as eating healthily! Believe me, it works amazingly
