Not that long ago I shared my favourite savoury zucchini cookies recipe. And that inspired me to try pizza with this and it worked. Try this recipe which is very easy and low in calories.
You need
- 3 zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 150g oats
- 250g light feta cheese
- 2 bigger spring onions
- salt, pepper, herbs
Method
- great zucchini and let it settle for about 30 minutes. Drain the juice
- preheat the oven to 200'C and prepare a baking dish with baking paper
- mix all the ingredients together, form into pizza base and place on the baking dish
- bake on 200'C for 30 minutes or until done
